At Next Step Health Foundation, we believe that healing does not end at discharge. Many patients leave the hospital and face the new challenge of managing recovery at home without the proper support, money, or resources.

Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between hospital care and home recovery by providing financial assistance to patients in need. We help fund essential needs such as medications, food, transportation, and home recovery items. We promote safer recoveries and give every patient the dignity of healing with stability. Our vision is a Pittsburgh where no patient has to choose between food, medication, or recovery after discharge.
